How the action figures are made: the making of
About us
Tribecraft is an interdisciplinary team of experts that develops strategies, products, and services for clients. Launched in 1999 as an ETH Zurich spin-off, Tribecraft’s innovation lab now engineers next-generation solutions for a wide range of industries.
Working for you
So you want to start a project.
Are we the right partner for you?
Give us a call:
We can often sense early on if we can be of any use to you.
Your contact:
Uwe Werner > Innovation
Daniel Irányi > Design
Jörg Evertz > Engineering
Drop by:
We can discuss your proposal in depth in the innovation lab
and show you some case studies of how we get things off the ground.
Are you ready for something new?
Starting a project
After an initial meeting, we will work up a project outline and/or a quote. You will always have the same contact persons, who will run the project in manageable stages that can be properly budgeted. Project progress will be discussed at interim meetings and results presented in reviews or milestone meetings, where the next tranches of work will be defined as required.
Confidentiality
At Tribecraft, confidentiality and discretion are a given, from the very first contact and for every project. If you would like us to sign a non-disclosure agreement, please send us a draft in advance. We share data with clients using our own protected servers.
Patents
Our work often results in patents and other property rights. We generally cede all rights to the client and can provide help with IP research and patent-filing.
Awards
Our work regularly wins innovation or design prizes; this may be of greater or lesser interest to clients, depending on their business segment and positioning, but we are happy to help with selection, preparation and submission of entries.
Structures and measures
Innovation is a demanding business that presents both internal and external challenges. Are your departments ready to bring a brand new product to market? Are you willing to adapt your in-house structures? Even the best innovations stand little chance of success if the ground is not properly prepared within a company.

Job vacancies
There are currently no positions available.
Internships
We offer internships lasting a minimum of three months to engineering and design students who have started their fourth semester, but have not yet graduated. If you are interested, please send your electronic application to Daniel Irányi for design, to Jörg Evertz for engineering. A knowledge of German is expected.
