In the context of several projects, we laid the groundwork for a better understanding of its complex dynamic, acoustic and structural behavior. Magnetic field and vibration simulations indicated how robust the existing system was. A “measurement backpack” for the pump supplies characteristic information to understand and predict future wear patterns.
